Model Search & Faces of 2012
Susan Page Modeling is searching for six (6) new faces to be used in our print, T.V. commercials and web advertising campaigns for 2012
We are searching for models in the following age divisions:
Must meet the age requirement by January 1, 2012
CHILDREN:
1 Boy and 1 Girl, 3-6 years old
PRETEENS:
1 Boy and 1 Girl, 7-11years old
TEENS:
1 Male and 1 Female, 12-17 years old
The Top Five contenders for each age division will be featured in the 2012 Susan Page Modeling Model Search Competition to be held at the Ala Moana Center Stage in November and will be judged by industry professionals.
Winners will receive modeling scholarships, a professional photo session, photos and composite cards, as well as a 1 year modeling contract with Premier Models and Talent.

1. Complete below Entry Form and bring it to our booth

2. Must also bring One (1) Headshot and One (1) Full body Shot
$25 Entry Fee will be WAIVED for those Applications submitted to our booth no. 558 at the Oh baby! Family Expo 2011.
Applicants will be judged and the top six entrants will be contacted on November 1st, 2011.
